Below is a link to this month’s Healthy Living Tracker.  Set your personal Healthy Living goals by selecting them from drop down boxes in your calendar, and also by adding your own personalized goals along the bottom.

Then, follow your Healthy Living Tracker one day at a time simply by printing it out and keeping track of it on your fridge.  If you miss a day, don’t worry, tomorrow will be better!
